Carving Board. This is a more or less copy of a Dansk piece. It is a practical design as the juices run to the back and not on the table. In my case I book matched end grain cut-offs, turned a tray and then cut the rim of the tray to make the sloped rim. A cleat under the tray brings the sloped rim in the level with the table surface.
